Getting Your Space Ready: Favorite Whites

Who doesn't love a bright space? A fresh coat of paint is always a good idea before listing your home. Picking the color – now that's a bit more challenging. Knowing you want white walls is easy; knowing which shade of white paint you want for your project can be confusing. With hundreds of shades to choose from, I'm going to suggest some of my tried-and-true favorites – make sure to consider the undertones and lighting in your home when choosing. Feel free to contact us the Price Group if you are thinking of selling: we would be happy to help guide you through the process!

Simply White OC-117.png

  • Simply White OC-117 - Warm white with slightly yellow undertones. It will not look yellow on walls but may have a subtle yellow tinge in certain light.

  • Chantilly Lace OC-65 - A pure, bright white. This shade of white can work for trims, doors, ceilings, and on walls as well.

  • Cloud White CC-40 - Warm white that is cooler than Simply White.

  • Decorators White CC-20 - Cool undertones create this off-white. It has a little gray in it that doesn't lean towards a particular color, making it pure but not as bright as Chantilly Lace.

  • Dove Wing OC-18 - A warm off-white and the darkest of the whites listed. It's a great warm white for cabinetry.

  • White Dove OC-17 - White Dove is a very versatile color, a warm but neutral-colored off-white. Great for trim cabinets as well as walls.

  • Oxford White CC-30 - A fresh, clean, and modern white that doesn't appear too gray. Very versatile.

  • Pure White OC-64 - An off-white that is very cool as it contains a lot of blue and a tinge of gray, creating a blend that is crisp and vivid yet soft.
