Recipe: Spicy Cucumber Cooler

📣 Calling all spicy marg lovers!!! The drink of the Summer is here and it’s a Spicy Cucumber Cooler! 🥒🌶️ Refreshing and crisp, yet sweet and spicy at the same time - this drink is sure to impress for your Summer entertaining!

COCKTAIL:

Ingredients:

• ice

• water

• 1 cucumber

• 1 jalapeño

• 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves

• 4 limes

• 2 Tb agave

• 1.5 oz silver tequila

• 0.5 oz Grand Marnier or St. Germain

Recipe:

• Slice your cucumber in 4 pieces and remove seeds

• Remove seeds from jalapeño

• In a blender, add the seeded cucumber and jalapeño, mint, 1 Tb of the agave, and juice of all 4 limes

• Blend until combined

• Strain into a jar or bowl

• Fill a shaker with ice and pour 1/2c of the strained mixture, tequila, choice of Grand Marnier or St. Germain, all of the remaining agave or to taste

• Shake well , strain into a chilled glass. garnish with cucumber slice or mint leaf

• Enjoy!

MOCKTAIL:

Recipe:

• Slice your cucumber in 4 pieces and remove seeds

• Remove seeds from jalapeño

• In a blender, add the seeded cucumber and jalapeño, mint, 1 Tb of the agave, and juice of all 4 limes

• Blend until combined

• Strain into a jar or bowl

• Fill a shaker with ice and pour 1/2c of the strained mixture, some agave and shake well to chill.

• Shake well, strain into a chilled glass and top with a little bit of seltzer. Garnish with cucumber slice or mint leaf
